Azerbaijani troops opened small arms fire yesterday along the northern border of Artsakh wounding an Armenian soldier, this according to the Artsakh Defense Ministry.

The ceasefire violation was reported to the command of the Russian peacekeeping troops and the situation on the contact line is relatively stable today.
