
Armenian Deputy FM, German State Minister Discuss Cooperation
Armenian Deputy Foreign Minister Paruyr Hovhannisyan and Tobias Lindner, Minister of State at the German Federal Foreign Office, met in Yerevan today and discussed steps to promote multi-sector cooperation, including trade and economic collaboration.
Hovhannisyan, according to his office, described ongoing talks to normalize Armenia-Azerbaijan relations and the need to ensure the rights and security of the people of Nagorno-Karabakh.
Hovhannisyan stressed the importance of reopening the Lachin Corridor.
Linder (photo-right) visited Baku on July 11 and discussed strengthening bilateral ties with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.
