Azerbaijan Continues to Block Medical Supplies to Artsakh

The Artsakh Ministry of Health reports that Azerbaijan continues to block International Red Cross vehicles transporting medicine and medical supplies to Artsakh.

The ministry reports that eleven people were transferred to hospitals in Armenia today in Red Cross vehicles and thirteen patients who received treatment in Armenia will be transferred back to Artsakh.
