Artsakh National Assembly Speaker Artur Tovmasyan has announced his resignation according to a statement released by the government’s press service.

Tovmasyan, in a statement, says his resignation is voluntary.

“Until my last breath, I will serve the Republic of Armenia and its people, the Republic of Artsakh and its people. May God protect Armenia and the world,” the statement reads.
