Artsakh State Minster Gurgen Nersisyan today declared that the people of Artsakh cannot accept any humanitarian aid from Azerbaijan while it continues to implement a total blockade of Karabakh.

Nersisyan, in a Facebook post, writes that the Aliyev government seeks to physically destroy the people of Artsakh by blockading the Lachin Corridor while at the same time forcing them to accept humanitarian aid on it own terms, via Aghdam.

“People cannot be forced to receive resources for living from someone who openly kills or threatens to kill them. Such situations were unique to slave societies,” Nersisyan writes.
