Armenian Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan and newly appointed French Ambassador to Armenia Olivier Decottignies met today in Yerevan and discussed steps to expand multi-sector cooperation between their two countries and the deepening humanitarian crisis in Karabakh.

Grigoryan, according to his office, wished Decottignies success in his new post.
