Azerbaijan Cuts Internet Cable, Says Artsakh Presidential Adviser
Artsakh Presidential Adviser Artak Beglaryan has accused Azerbaijan of cutting Karabakh’s internet cable and not allowing technicians to repair it.
Beglaryan says the cable was cut at a checkpoint Azerbaijan has installed in the Lachin Corridor.
“I do not consider it a coincidence that this new crime took place following the U.N. Security Council session and literally five minutes before the start of the planned press conference on the Artsakh genocide,” Beglaryan writes in a Facebook post.
He claims that despite the interruption, an online press conference was held on the humanitarian crisis and that former International Criminal Court prosecutor Luis Moreno Ocampo addressed the conference.
