Artsakh President Says He May Resign
Arayik Harutyunyan says he will soon decide whether to resign from the post of Artsakh president.
Harutyunyan, at a spontaneous rally in Stepanakert yesterday following the Azerbaijani detention of three Artsakh citizens travelling to Armenia via the Lachin Corridor, said the issue of his detention was discussed at a recent meeting with local political forces.
“Tomorrow, or the next day, we will have another meeting with a smaller group. If it is decided that I should resign, I will go and join the militia this Sunday," Harutyunyan announced at the rally.
