Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan and Council of Europe Human Rights Commissioner Dunja Mijatović met today on the sidelines of the 2023 Bled Strategic Forum in Slovenia.

Mirzoyan, according to his office, thanked Mijatović for raising the Karabakh humanitarian crisis and the need to open the Lachin Corridor during her talk at the conference.

Mirzoyan spoke at a panel conference entitled “New Security Architects: Who?” and accused Azerbaijan of pursuing a policy to ethnically cleanse Artsakh of its Armenian population.
