Armenia’s defense ministry reports that Azerbaijani troops, using drones and mortars, today at 1pm local time, fired in the direction of Sotk, in the country’s Gegharkunik Province.

The ministry reports that Azerbaijani troops, using small arms and mortars, also fired on Armenian military positions near Gegharkunik’s Nortabak village.

The ministry reports that as of 3pm local time the Azerbaijan gunfire had decreased.

Update: The Armenian defense ministry later reported that four Armenian soldiers were killed and one wounded in Sotk.
