Artsakh journalist Siranush Sargsyan published the following video showing the aftermath of Azerbaijani shelling of a residential district of Stepanakert.

Earlier today, Azerbaijan’s Defense Ministry issued a statement claiming its forces were only targeting Artsakh military positions.
