People are gathering outside the Government Building in Yerevan today following Azerbaijan’s military offensive in Artsakh.

Hakob Chagharyan told Hetq that Russian peacekeepers now stationed along the Karabakh line of contact are ineffective and should leave.

He wants the Armenian government to demand that a detachment of international peacekeepers be sent to Karabakh.

Update: By evening, Yerevan time, hundreds have gathered outside the Government Building. Local police have been dispatched to the area.
