Former Secretary General of NATO, President of  the "Rasmussen Global" organization Anders Fogh Rasmussen said the international community should force Azerbaijan to end the military operation in Nagorno Karabakh.

"If they refuse, sanctions should follow. The world cannot be silent when ethnic cleansing occurs," he wrote on X. Earlier this year Rasmussen was in Armenia and met with PM Nikol Pashinyan.
