Artsakh Human Rights Defender Gegham Stepanyan reports that twenty-three Karabakh soldiers have been confirmed killed today while repelling attacking Azerbaijani forces.

Two civilians are reported to have been killed due to Azerbaijani shelling.

The Artsakh Health Ministry reports 128 injured, including children, are being treated in local hospitals.

Three children are reported in serious condition.

Update: Artsakh’s Human Rights Defender reports the number of civilian deaths today resulting from Azerbaijan’s military attack has reached seven, including two children. Hundreds have been injured.
