Baku described today’s meeting, in Yevlakh, between Artsakh and Azerbaijan representatives as “constructive”, adding the two sides discussed the reintegration of Karabakh Armenians into Azerbaijan.

A statement released by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev’s office says the Artsakh representatives asked for immediate humanitarian aid and fuel.

The statement says Baku will provide the necessary aid.

The two sides agreed to meet again soon.
