4,850 people have entered Armenia from Karabakh as of noon today, this according to a statement released by the Armenian government.

The statement describes all 4,850 as Armenians who've been displaced from their homes in Karabakh.

Upon entering Armenia, they are being processed and will be provided housing if needed.

What type of housing and where the refugees will be relocated remains unclear.
