Former Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan Interrogated in Baku

Former Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan, arrested by Azerbaijani forces on October 3, has been interrogated in Baku.

News.az writes that Alov Safaraliyev, Harutyunyan’s court appointed lawyer, says the former Artsakh president’s physical and psychological condition is “normal.”

“I will defend him in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan and legal ethics. In a word, I will conscientiously fulfill my professional duty,” Safaraliyev said.
