Second U.N. Mission Arrives in Karabakh to Assess Humanitarian Situation

A second U.N. mission arrived in Nagorno Karabakh today to assess the humanitarian situation, this according to the Azeri Press Agency (APA).

The mission arrived in Stepanakert this morning via Aghdam.

The first U.N. mission visited Nagorno Karabakh on October 1. Armenia   strongly criticized its findings, arguing “it was used by Azerbaijan to promote its propaganda explanations and legitimize the large-scale attack on Nagorno-Karabakh and its consequences.”
