
Armenian Climbers Will Attempt to Scale Mt. Elbrus
A team of Armenian mountain climbers will attempt to scale Mt. Elbrus, the tallest peak in Europe at 6,461 meters.
The 4 man team will leave for Elbrus tomorrow and began their ascent on July 3.
Climbers from Armenia’s Alpinism and Mountain Tourism Federation have successfully scaled Mt Kazbek (5,033 meters) and Mt. Demavend (5,671 meters).
