Former Artsakh State Minister is in Geneva to participate in a UN Human Rights Council discussion of Azerbaijan’s human rights record over the past four years.

"After this official discussion, the Armenian Relief Society has organized a separate event at the Human Rights Council where I will describe the blockade of Artsakh and the genocide that took place in recent months. I will report on that event later after it takes place,” Beglaryan writes in a Facebook post.

Beglaryan, who also served as Artsakh's Human Rights Defender, writes he's working with diasporan lawyer Gevorg Hakobjanyan, with the support of the Armenian Legal Center for Human Rights and Justice.
