Georgia is ready to support the strengthening of dialogue and trust between Azerbaijan and Armenia within the framework of the "Peaceful Neighborhood Initiative".

Georgian Defense Minister Juansher Burchuladze, according to his office, said the above during a meeting with his Azerbaijani counterpart Zakir Hasanov in Baku.

The defense ministers of Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkey recently met in Baku.

Georgian PM Irakli Garibashvili announced the launch of the "Peaceful Neighborhood Initiative" to promote stability in the South Caucasus Region in September 2021.
