Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan, leader of a protest movement opposing the Armenian government’s handover of Tavush Province border lands to Azerbaijan, lead a march through the streets of Yerevan and called on students at several universities to join the march and close streets in the Armenian capital.

Galstanyan, standing outside Yerevan’s Brusov State University of Languages and Social Sciences, urged Rector Davit Gyurjanyan to open the school’s doors and allow students inside to join the protest march.
