Russia Ready to Provide Yerevan-Baku Negotiations Platform

Russia is ready to provide a platform for negotiations between representatives of Yerevan and Baku.

"According to the agreements reached, Moscow has repeatedly accepted the stages of the Armenian-Azerbaijani negotiations on the draft peace treaty. We are ready, we have always emphasized it, to do it in the future as well. We guarantee the creation of the most comfortable conditions for the work of the two delegations, in a bilateral format preferred by them," Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova said in a press briefing.

Zakharova noted that Russia considers the conclusion of a balanced peace agreement between the parties as an irreplaceable prerequisite for building a security architecture in the region.

According to Zakharova, the fate and future of the South Caucasus "must be decided exclusively by the countries of the region and neighboring partner countries, and no one from outside will bring prosperity there."

No thank you Russia, you have done enough, every time Armenians put their trust in Russia we get sold out by them to please the Turks, like they did in 1920, 2020 and 2023. We rather take our chances elsewhere, enjoy the relationship with the Turks Russia and see how that turns out. Incredible how Russia never seems to look after their Christian allies when they are needed most.
