The special representatives of Armenia and Turkey (Ruben Rubinyan, Serdar Kılıç) are scheduled to meet at an undisclosed section of the Armenian-Turkish border on July 30 for a fifth round of talks to normalize relations between the two countries.

The two diplomats last met in Vienna on July 1, 2022.

Following the 2022 meeting, the Armenian foreign ministry announced the two countries agreed to permit citizens of third-countries to cross the land border separating them.

This agreement has yet to be implemented.
