The Armenian Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports and the Hills Sports Complex company today signed a memorandum of cooperation to build and operate sports centers in the towns of Yeghegnadzor, Ararat and Martuni.

Hills Sports Complex, a private company, operates a fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and a sauna in Yerevan.

A ministry statement doesn't provide further details on the joint venture.
