Putin, Aliyev Meet in Moscow

Russian President Vladimir Putin and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev met today in the Kremlin prior to the CIS summit in Moscow.

The two discussed prospects to normalize Yerevan-Baku relations.

Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan, is also in Moscow for the summit. The three are not scheduled to jointly meet, but Pashinyan will meet with Putin.
