David Asatryan, the co-founder and director of the firm, notes that their primary focus within the framework of legal services is on business support: “We provide not only legal advice but also services related to finance, taxation, customs, and other areas that are essential for businesses to operate smoothly, without issues or external obstacles,” mentions David Asatryan.

According to the director, key pillars of the company include honesty, diligence, determination, and mutual trust among partners.

“If there is no mutual trust based on partnership, then the work or collaboration cannot be effective. For us, the priority is to carry out tasks that will ensure our partners are convinced that we will spare no effort in protecting their interests,” states the co-founder of Wise Law.

The company actively collaborates with other international law firms, expanding the scope of protection for their clients rights.

“We are the representatives of the French organization ‘Heres’ in Armenia, which has branches in nearly all continents. This is a significant collaboration, and our clients and partners who face issues and work with us can be assured that they will be defended by our partner law firms if they encounter problems in different countries around the world,” says Asatryan.

The company sees it as part of its mission to educate and support young individuals entering the legal community.

“We strive to create conditions where they can effectively utilize their strengths and opportunities in providing legal services. In this context, we have allocated resources for new lawyers to undertake assignments in Paris, study established practices there, and later apply their experiences in Armenia. I hope this process will continue,” says the director.

When discussing the judicial system in Armenia, David Asatryan acknowledges that there are naturally challenges, but they do not wish to focus on them. Instead, they aim to recognize existing realities and work towards creating a positive environment in Armenia.

“The work of lawyers is a continuous struggle. They consistently fight for the protection of their clients' rights, and challenges are an inherent part of that work, which defines the profession of a lawyer and an attorney—endeavoring to resolve these issues and find the best solutions,” says David Asatryan.
