The mayors of Yerevan and Los Angelese today, in the “City of Angels”, signed a Memorandum of Understanding that will facilitate digital transformation cooperation.

Highlighting the experience and successes of Los Angeles in the field, Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan expressed confidence that the Armenian capital can benefit from such knowledge given its attempts to introduce digitized IT in the public sphere.

Los Angelese Mayor Karen Bass said that her city stands by the sister city of Yerevan and is ready to transfer its experience and "smart" solutions.

Yerevan and Los Angelese have been sister cities since 2007.
