
Pashinyan, EU South Caucasus Special Rep Meet in Yerevan
Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan and EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia Magdalena Grono met today in Yerevan and exchanged views on the situation in the South Caucasus, particularly the Armenia-Azerbaijan peace process.
Both sides, according to Pashinyan’s office, emphasized the importance of the agreement on the draft agreement to normalize relations between Yerevan and Baku.
Grono said she is confident that it will contribute to ensuring long-term peace and stability in the region.
The parties touched upon issues related to the further development of Armenia-EU relations and the effective implementation of democratic reforms in Armenia with the assistance of the EU.
