
Pashinyan, Iranian Defense Minister Discuss Expanding Cooperation
Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan and visiting Iranian Defense Minister Aziz Nasirzadeh met today in Yerevan and discussed the agenda of Armenia-Iran cooperation and issues related to ensuring regional security and stability.
Pashinyan, according to his office, emphasized that Armenia-Iran relations are developing at a high pace, which is based on mutual intrinsic interests.
Nasirzadeh conveyed the warm greetings of Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian and noted that Iran is interested in developing multilateral cooperation with Armenia.
He again emphasized Iran's unconditional support for Armenia's sovereignty and territorial integrity.
