Trump Says Pashinyan, Aliyev Are His “Good Friends”

U.S. President Donald Trump says the leaders of Armenia and Azerbaijan are now his good friends.

Trump met with Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev last week at the White House. The leaders of the two South Caucasus countries signed a “declaration” on August 8 declaring their commitment to reach a final peace agreement. The signing was witnessed by Trump.

Trump posted the following on his Truth Social platform.
