Pashinyan Bids Farewell to Recalled Ambassador Kvien
Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan met with outgoing U,S. Ambassador to Armenia Kristina Kvien on January 7 and thanked her for facilitating expanded relations between their two countries.
Kvien, appointed as ambassador in 2023, is one of the thirty U.S. ambassadors and other senior diplomats that have been recalled by the Trump administration.
Kvien, according to Pashinyan’s office, expressed confidence that Armenia-U.S. cooperation will continue to develop in all directions. The sides exchanged views on the implementation of the TRIPP project, as well as other issues of mutual interest.
