Armenian President Vahagn Khachaturyan and Prime Minister of Iraqi Kurdistan Masrour Barzani met today on the sidelines of the Davos Worlod Economic Summit in Switzerland and discussed prospects for the development of cooperation between Armenia and Iraqi Kurdistan in the political, economic and several other sectors.

The sides, according to Khachaturyan’s office, emphasized the need to deepen ties and expand practical cooperation in areas of mutual interest.

They also touched upon regional realities and current developments, emphasizing the importance of strengthening peace, stability and security in the region.
