Armenian Defense Minister Suren Papikyan, on March 26, met with representatives of French defense companies of the Mouvement des Entreprises de France (MEDEF) International, a private French network that enables companies to know and evaluate business opportunities by sector, in more than 120 markets, mainly emerging or developing.

Papikyan is on an official visit to France.

The minister’s office reports that representatives of leading French defense companies participated in the meeting that focused on the expansion of military-technical cooperation between Armenia and France.

Earlier that day, Papikyan met with French Army General Vincent Giraud, Chief of the Personal Staff of the French President and his chief military advisor.
