Civil Contract Party Backs Pashinyan for Prime Minister in June Election
Armenia’s ruling Civil Contract party today elected Nikol Pashinyan as its candidate in the June parliamentary election for the post of the country’s prime minister.
Pashinyan, Armenia’s incumbent prime minister, garnered 95.4% of the votes cast.
Pashinyan, in a Facebook post, thanked the party for its vote of confidence.
