Kocharyan Tops Armenia Alliance's List for June Election

In the June 7 parliamentary election, the list of the Hayastan (Armenia) Alliance will be headed by former Armenian president Robert Kocharyan.

The Armenia Alliance consists of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation (ARF) and ArAj (Forward) party, with the campaign slogan ‘Together we can’.

Founded in 2021, the Armenia Alliance is seen as pro-Russian.

It finished second in Armenia’s 2021 snap parliamentary election, winning 21% of the vote and twenty-nine seats in the country’s legislature.
