Pashinyan in Russia for Industrial Trade Fair

Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan arrived in the Russian city of Yekaterinburg today and was met by the city’s mayor, Alexei Orlov.

Pashinyan, according to his office, will attend the plenary session of the Industry 360. Production without Borders" forum of the Innoprom-2026 international industrial exhibition.

The exhibition has been held annually in Yekaterinburg since 2010 and serves as Russia's main industrial, trade, and export platform where the foundations of industrial policy are laid. The exhibition annually features more than 500 Russian and foreign companies

Pashinyan is also scheduled to meet with the Russian PM Mikhail Mishustin.

UPDATE: During his meeting with Mishustin, Pashinyan said he was hopeful that Armenia and Russia could resolve any outstanding issues regading their bilateral relations and that Armenia hopes to maintain its current membership in the Moscow-backed Eurasian Economic Union.
