Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan and Tajik President Emomali Rahmon met in Bishkek today on the sidelines of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Summit and  exchanged views on various issues of mutual interest, including recent regional developments.

Rahmon, according to Pashinyan’s office, congratulated him on his reappointment as Armenia’s prime minister and wished him future success in the post.

Pashinyan stressed the need to develop trade and economic cooperation between the two countries and noted the importance of the intergovernmental commission in this regard.
