Heritage Party leader Raffi Hovannisian leaves for Baku today to address the General Assembly session of the International Conference of Asian Political Parties (ICAPP).

The Heritage Party, in a press statement, noted that Hovannisian had demanded equal time to address the session as a prerequisite for his participation given Baku’s conduct in the Ramil Safarov affair. 

This year's General Assembly theme is "Security, Peace and Reconciliation in Asia."
