On December 14, Yerevan’s Ajapnyak and Davtashen Administrative Court rejected in full the slander suit brought by the "Arrhythmology Cardiology Center of Armenia against the News.am website.

The plaintiff had sued the news site for rwo million AMD over a November 2010 article about one of the Center’s patients, Hovhannes Katrdjyan who had sued the hospital for medical malfeasance.
