Armenian police have recently detained a suspect in connection with the disappearance of a man in February 2012.

Relatives identified the body of Yerevan resident Mkrtich Hovhannisyan after the corpse appeared at a local cemetery three days later. The body showed traces of several injuries.

The RA Police General Department of Investigation and local Yerevan units say they have detained Kamo Bouniatyan on suspicion of murder. Police say that Bouniatyan is also suspected of an attempted murder last May.
