Armenia’s Prosecutor General’s Office announced that it received 586 petitions from 392 citizens during 2012.

75 of the 586 were accepted and 31 rejected. 239 petitions were sent to other sub-sections of the Office for review of the facts.

In 2012, the Office arranged face to face meetings with 236 citizens, as compared to 184 in 2011.
