Despite claims by Armenia’s Central Electoral Commission and the Police that the voter rolls have been minutely reviewed and are in order, our research shows the opposite to be the case.

Below is a list of 104 names we culled from the official rolls published at the beginning of January that appear twice.

They are voters allegedly sharing the same first and last names and birthdays, even sharing the same patronyme, are listed twice.

Now what are the chances of that happening? That’s a question for the Police to unravel.
