In the bulletin on offences published on February 16, 2013 by the pre-electoral headquarter of the candidate for President Raffi Hovhannisyan it was mentioned that money equivalent to 500 USD was offered to the member of one of the local election commissions of town Hrazdan, a member of "Hertitage" party who didn't want to introduce himself. They wanted the latter to pretend not to notice the process of ballot stuffing in favor of the candidate for President S. Sargsyan which, however, was refused by him.

The Prosecution Office gave instructions to the appropriate services to check the circumstances mentioned in the article. Materials are prepared.

Prosecutor General's Office of RoA reports that in Hrazdan Division of Police the identity of the members of "Heritage" party included in local election commissions of town Hrazdan was clarified during the preparation of materials, aiming to find out the verity of the fact of offering bribery by a citizen through them.
