The Painter Hakob Hakobyan Passed Away

The painter Hakob Hakobyan  (1923 – 2013), a People’s Artist of Soviet Armenia, passed away in Yerevan yesterday. 

Hakobyan, who was born in Egypt and repatriated to Armenia in 1962, would have turned ninety this April 24.
