On 12 March Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree of preliminary compensation of devalued since the year of 1993 deposits of NKR citizens in "Artsakh Bank" Closed Joint Stock Company.

According to the decree from the financial means allocated within the frameworks of the law "On 2013 State Budget" the government has been entrusted to provide preliminary compensation of deposits belonging to citizens born before 1974 as well as citizens perished during the defense of the Artsakh and individuals of first disability group.
