With the aim of promoting an active lifestyle and a better familiarity with Yerevan’s urban landscape, a bicycle race will be held on Sunday, May 26, through the streets of Armenia’s capital.

The "Get to Know Yerevan" race is the brainchild of the Youth Foundation of Armenia, the HAYASA Youth NGO and the HETZANIV+1 NGO.

Participants will be broken up into five member teams that will push off from Shahoumyan Square. Each team will be assigned five sites (a monument, a garden, an office building and two streets, one well-known and one less so) to visit. The teams will be given clues to the sites in riddle form. The first three teams that make it to all five sites and then to the finish line at the Play City entertainment center, will be declared the winners.
