HAK proxy Mikayel Kirakosyan has prepared a notice regarding two groups of young people milling about outside the 7/29 and 7/30 polling stations in Malatya-Sebastia.

Kirakosyan says the forty or so individuals are “instructing” people as to whom to vote for.

He says that one of the men was wearing the chest pin of the Prosperous Armenia Party but that he was evidently working for the Republican Party.

One of the young men even walked in, under the guise of being a proxy, and spent an hour working alongside the local election committee.
