Davtashen: Two Ballots to One Voter

Gohar Barseghyan, a Republican Party member of the local election committee at the Davtashen 5/3 polling station   was observed handing two ballots to a voter. 

The error was registered by other proxies on site.

Committee President Narineh Ivanyan (Rule of Law), brushed the violation aside saying “we all make mistakes”.
