A criminal case was initiated in Police Investigation Division of Mashtots for attempting to vote more than once in the precinct N 5/08.

By the materials prepared in the police it was found out that on May 5 the resident of the administrative district Aram Hepoyan had gone to the precinct N 5/08 with the purpose of participating in Elders' elections of Yerevan where he had attempted to vote more than once but it was prevented by the members of the commission.

''A criminal case was initiated on the case according to the Article 34-153 of RA Criminal Code. A preliminary investigation is being carried out,'' Prosecutor General's Office of RoA reports.
